Design charettes are one tool we use with the architect to create style and solve design challenges more quickly and efficiently.
Interior drawings convey our designs, from floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, demo plans (when appropriate), life safety plans, elevations, and millwork design drawings.
As your partner, we are flexible in how we render our services to you.
We work closely with our clients to help guide them through the interior finish selection process while always keeping the architectural style in mind. Interiors and architecture should and can be seamless.
Once selections are made, we organize a specification document and arrange it into a book format with cut sheets for all products and materials selected. Our interior specifications are extremely detailed with information on installation, finish, and design intent. Books are provided to everyone on the team as well as the general contractor.
This is a useful tool for the contractors to assist in getting the project built per the design team vision. Our documentation will leave very little job site questions and clients enjoy having a living document for everything on their project.
Our relationship continues, post-move-in, as we take the lead to have the project photographed. Our team will style the shoot and we’ll make all the arrangements. Depending on the project we are also active in seeking publication. When published, architectural recognition is always provided on all our projects.
